I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in the Unlease The Beast Football Training Camp (hereinafter referred to as "the Camp") involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, injuries resulting from physical activity, contact with other participants, equipment failure, and environmental conditions. Release of Liability:

In consideration of the Participant’s enrollment and participation in the Camp, I, on behalf of myself, the Participant, and our respective heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Unlease The Beast, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, expenses, or liabilities *

Medical Treatment Authorization:

I authorize Unlease The Beast and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for the Participant in the event of an injury or illness during the Camp. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment and that the Released Parties assume no liability for any medical expenses incurred.*

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, expenses, or liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Camp, including any claims brought by third parties.*

Photographic Release:

I grant Unlease The Beast permission to use photographs, videos, or other media of the Participant taken during the Camp for promotional, educational, or other purposes without compensation or further notice.*

Severability:

If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand that by signing this document, I am waiving significant legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties.*
