ATHLETE STRENGTH TRAINING 

Designed to enhance the physical strength and muscular power of athletes to meet the demands of football. It focuses on exercises that target key muscle groups, improve core stability, and develop explosive movements, enabling players to perform at a high level while reducing injury risks.

EXPLOSIVE ACCELERATION
(SPEED)

Focuses on exercises and drills that enhance acceleration, agility, and top-end velocity. Including, sprinting, plyometric exercises, resistance training, form & mechanics, flexibility & mobility

DYNAMIC FOOTWORK
(AGILITY)

Athletes engage in drills and exercises that enhance their ability to change direction quickly and maintain balance during dynamic movements.

Focuses on developing the skills, techniques, and physical attributes for Athletes on the field. This training ensures athletes master movements, tactics, and decision-making needed. For example, wide receivers work on route running and hands, while linemen focus on blocking techniques and strength.

Building muscle strength through weightlifting, resistance exercises, and bodyweight movements to improve power and tackle resistance.

ATHLETE FOCUSED NUTRITION PLAN

Our Certified Chef prepares nutrition plans essential for  athletes. A good nutrition plan ensures the right balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats), vitamins, and minerals to support developing bodies and optimize athletic performance. Additionally, it helps maintain focus, boosts immune function, and fosters long-term health.

GROUP SESSION

Great opportunity to work alongside other players, helps to build communication, team work, and able to learn from one another. Group session has a minimum of 4 in order to book the session. 

EVALUATIONS

Evaluations are given to assess Athletes skills, physical abilities, identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Our trained and Certified Coaches will be able to have a better understanding on what the Athlete may need assistance on.
